Home delivered meals

Meal delivery is available every weekday to homebound older adults residing in the City of Stoughton and the Townships of Albion and Dunkirk. Eligibility is deemed by an assessment; residents of Assisted Living, CBRF and RCAC complexes do not qualify for this service. All home delivered meals are provided by AtlantisValley Foods, and packaged and delivered to homes by volunteers!

Cost  

Meals are provided on an anonymous donation basis for people over 60 years of age. The suggested donation is $4.50. Individuals under the age of 60 years must pay the total cost of the meal ($15.44).*

If you or a loved one need assistance with meal delivery, please call a case manager at (608) 873-8585 to learn how to sign up.

Please contact the Senior Center at least two days in advance to make meal delivery requests and cancellations.

* Please help us continue the program by making a donation at the level you can afford. While, the nutrition site is supported by the City of Stoughton with funding from Dane County through the Older American's Act, some people do not realize that participant donations are one of the main sources of funding for this program.
